This notice sets out what information Tonybet Roundtable Compass (tonybetreviews.com) uses while you browse, click or write to us. It covers Tonybet Roundtable Compass only, and it has no registration and no player accounts. If a link takes you to another website, the privacy notice of that site applies there.

Cloudflare network (every request to the site). Data involved: requested page address, the time and date, browser and device type (user agent), IP address. Retention time: decided by the recipient. Used for: delivering this site and defending it against abusive traffic and attacks. Received by: Cloudflare, Inc., which may handle the data outside the country where you are.

Server logs. Used for: keeping the site working, fixing errors and keeping it secure. Received by: the hosting company of the site's server. Data involved: IP address, requested page address, size of the response, page you came from (referrer), browser and device type (user agent), the time and date, HTTP response code. Retention time: 30 days. The error log holds the IP address and the requested address only when a request fails.

Offer button clicks. Recorded only when you click a button that goes to an operator's site. Data involved: position of the button, offer, HTTP response code, the site, the time and date, identifier of the click, page the click came from, request method. Used for: passing you on to the operator's site and keeping count of referrals. Received by: the host of the site's server.

Routing of clicks. Received by: the click server of the publisher. Used for: sending the click to the correct offer and weeding out automated traffic. Data involved: the type of device, the time and date, offer, identifier of the click, the site, page the click came from, position of the button, test click flag, automated-traffic check result. Once the click is routed, your IP address and browser details are not kept.

Country by IP address. Used for: sending you to the offer that is available in your country. Received by: the click server of the publisher. Data involved: country (derived from the IP address). The click server looks up the country in a locally stored GeoLite2 database; the IP address is not passed anywhere to do this.

The operator's affiliate programme. From here, the programme receives the click identifier and nothing more: not your name, e-mail address, feedback message or any other contact details. Used for: allowing the affiliate programme to report a registration or deposit made after your click.

Received by: the affiliate programme run by the operator; after the click the operator uses your data under its own privacy policy. Data involved: currency, the transaction reference, identifier of the click, event status, amount the event reports, event (registration or deposit).

Feedback form. The only field you must fill in is the message, and with no email address we cannot reply; if you want your message deleted sooner, tell us through the same form; the hashed IP address only helps to limit spam (repeated sending), and the address itself is not saved. Database backups that may include messages are kept for up to 12 months, then erased.

Data involved: a salted hash of your IP address, your name (optional), your email address (only if you want a reply), the message you write, page the message was sent from, the time and date. Used for: reading your suggestion or complaint about the site and replying to it; we use your name and email address only to reply, and for nothing else.

Received by: only this site's editors; messages stay on a server of our own and are never sold or shared. Retention time: 30 days, after which they are deleted.

Things this site does not use: profiling of visitors, ad pixels, advertising from other companies, web analytics, scripts from other companies, newsletters by email.

• Cloudflare, which serves and protects this website: can add the security cookies listed below.
• This website: has no cookies of its own and leaves nothing in the storage of your browser.
• The server that handles clicks: sets no cookies.

• __cf_bm (Cloudflare): separates people from automated traffic; lasts 30 minutes; only if bot protection by Cloudflare is switched on for this site.
• cf_clearance (Cloudflare): remembers that your browser got through a Cloudflare security check; 30 minutes (the default); only after Cloudflare asks your browser to pass a security check.

You can block or delete cookies in the browser settings; the site keeps working without them. Blocking Cloudflare's cookies can mean its security check is put in front of you again.
