What to do when login fails
A failed login is often caused by an incorrect password, a typing error, a poor connection or a browser problem. Work through the recovery steps one at a time so you can identify where access stops.
- 1Re-enter your username and password carefully
- 2Use the password-recovery option if the sign-in page shows one
- 3Refresh the page or reopen the browser
- 4Try a stable internet connection
- 5Use the Tonybet app or another supported browser
Pay attention to capital letters, spaces and saved passwords that may be out of date. If the page does not load, close extra tabs, restart the browser and try again after the connection is working.
Do not share your password with another person. If recovery does not restore access, keep a note of the exact error message and the step that produced it before seeking account assistance.
